Hellooo! I figured I would tell you a little bit about myself so you can know who I am and what I'm about!!

I am 22 years old and attend the University of Arkansas! Woo Pig!! I am a sprinter on the Women's Track and Field team and run the 400m! I just finished undergrad and my degree is in Communication Disorders!! I am taking my 5th year (super senior babyyy) and will be getting a masters degree in recreation and sports management and then will pursue a masters degree in Speech Pathology once I am done with track! I have two brothers, Brock and Brett, who are/were both collegiate athletes as well! Brock played baseball at Hutch and then at High Point University and Brett is playing baseball at Nebraska!! My parents played sports in college too! I would argue that we are the most competitive family in the world.. also the most sassy and sarcastic family. My grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends (shoutout everybody so nobody feels left out) are the best too. My family is truly my best friends. We are each other's biggest supporters. They have shown me how to be generous, compassionate, a leader, a friend, steadfast, loving, hard working, light hearted, forgiving, and how to be a person after Christ's heart. Forever thankful for them.

There are many things that I love in this world. I love people, sports, laughing, competing, outdoorsy things, the office, music, hot rod, fun, mini horses, my dog Jackie, sarcasm, smiling, socializing, etc.. but most importantly I love Jesus.

I have gone through many different seasons of life. I have had times filled with complete joy and bliss and I have had times filled with extreme adversity. I believe that The Lord allows us to go through different seasons to mold us into the sons and daughters of Christ that He calls us to be. I believe we can use those things to help others and that is what I want to do with this blog. I want to share what I have learned through the best days, through college athletics, through adversity, and through every day life things that The Lord has taught me and is still teaching me. I want to be as authentic as possible. Just because I write something does not mean that I have mastered it. A lot of what I write is probably to myself as well. I've realized how many people are going through similar things and I pray that this blog can strengthen our community with Jesus and each other. Finding our refuge, strength, and fulfillment in Him.

So, this is me! This is my life and things that I have experienced thus far!! I am so happy to be able to share how good and faithful our God is with y'all!!
